Future Incubator is the operational partner for youth-led initiatives.
We provide administrative support in finance, HR, and legal compliance so our fiscal projects can fundraise, hire, and scale. By removing barriers for young leaders, we enable young people to stay focused on leading solutions.
Our team started building the infrastructure of Future Incubator in 2019, with an intentional focus on removing the barriers young changemakers have to make nonprofit work sustainable. We envision a future where young leaders have the resources to turn ideas into lasting change.
We encourage all those interested in applying for fiscal sponsorship with Future Incubator to schedule an Exploratory Meeting with our team before completing our fiscal sponsorship application. We look forward to learning more about your project!
We offer two different types of fiscal sponsorship. We will evaluate together, based on your needs, which track is best suited for you.
We review and evaluate applications on a rolling basis.
Model A is designed to be a full-service fiscal sponsorship program for promising groups that are ready to learn and be trained on how to run their own campaigns, projects, and, ultimately, their own non-profit and social advocacy organizations.

fees
- The fiscal sponsorship fee is 8% for fiscal projects with employees or contractors and 5% for all other projects.
- $150 Annual Fee.
Model C is our latest offering, coming soon. This is designed for existing entities interested in scaling their impact through charitable activities.

Who do we work with?
We focus on youth-led and youth-serving organizations because young people are crucial to addressing the current political, social, and cultural moment. While the United Nations defines “youth” as individuals between ages 15-24, most of the projects we support are led by and focused on young people under 35.
Who is the right fit?
We help projects hit their first milestones such as their first grant, staff hire, and campaign launch. Beyond that, we help our fiscal projects scale their goals around fundraising, hiring, and growth.
